This is a new business-hunting role, with a 70% outbound to 30% inbound split, open territories, and a healthy mix of transactional and enterprise solutions in your tool bag. You will target mid-market businesses and consult with prospects on various use cases related to a variety of digital prepaid and gift card rewards, widely proven to be effective incentives for driving loyalty and motivation. This modern solution enables fast and easy SaaS reward delivery that integrates directly into some of the world’s best digital platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, SurveyMonkey, and Marketo. The possibilities are endless! Key Responsibilities:
Mid-Market Business Development Sales
- Drive new business, making it a full sales cycle experience,
- Utilize cutting-edge tech stack, which includes SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to uncover fresh business prospects, and
- Skillfully guide prospects through the sales pipeline towards closure.
Pipeline Generation & Management
- Hunt for new business prospects
- Leverage your prospecting skills
- Qualify inbound leads
- Generate a robust pipeline
- Provide and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly new business forecasts
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with your Sales Development Representative as these meetings will be crucial to driving opportunities through the sales cycle
Product Expertise
- Build and maintain product knowledge to be the product expert
- Continue to be naturally curious and passionate about educating potential clients
- Become and continue to be an expert on the company’s solutions, which include both
- a SaaS-based platform and
- an ability to serve a transactional bulk buying program
- Understand how these solutions can and do serve various industries with differing use cases
- Engage prospects with compelling
- product demonstrations,
- solution-based discovery, and
- competitive commercial proposals
Collaboration
Actively work with teams such as Marketing, Support, SDR, and Customer Success to ensure seamless and exceptional customer experiences at all stages of the customer journey.
Ideal Background:
- 4+ years of prior experience in a full sales cycle
- 4+ years of specialized B2B sales (SaaS preferred)
- Past success with a sales cycle of 1 to 6 months
- Results-driven

- Outstanding number of past negotiation wins
- Communication skills that paint a picture for prospects and clients
- Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, and/or Financial Technology
- College degree
