Before joining R&P Group in 2011, Ali honed her skills as a Sales Associate and Counter Manager for Dillard’s, a national department store, and as a top-performing intern for SDN Communications, a regional telecommunications provider.

She’s the one behind our early-stage search responsibilities, from building contact lists to writing job descriptions and managing our online presence.
