Amy's love for technology began in the early 1980's when personal computers were the hottest innovation.

With degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and Secondary Education, she found joy in connecting smart business owners with the latest tech solutions. She's a very future-focused visionary which has complimented her career path from selling software and IBM computers in the early 1980s to founding R&P Group.

Amy and the R&P Group Team have evolved along with the Payments Industry. For them, recruiting is about changing lives and connecting talented executives with innovative companies that shape today's world and the future.
