Are you a sales & relationship management executive with experience working with some of the largest banks and credit unions? Ready to expand your income potential as you maintain and grow existing accounts and win new business? In this National Account Executive role, reporting to the VP of Global Sales, you will be responsible for overall sales of owned accounts, which are national in scope, with multiple accounts locations that require face-to-face sales calls on an ongoing basis. In addition to inheriting large existing accounts, as someone with a true hunter mentality, you will also balance your account management work with pursuing and landing new business. If you are an experienced sales professional who is ready for a significant upside and unlimited earning potential, this could be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a wide range of sales methods to promote the card production product lines. The required mandatory use of these tools would include the Customer Relationship Management tool, ZOOM info prospecting platform, Callhan’s, intranet, and RFP repository.
- Maintain your substantial degree of knowledge regarding sales, customer requirements, and the printing, designing, and personalization of secure cards. Immerse yourself in a desire to learn all aspects of the product offerings while focusing on integrating your personality into the company’s corporate culture.
- Promote the sales of product lines through direct contact with the customer base of new and potential customers within an assigned group of company owned accounts.
- Maintain a cognizance of competitions’ activities; changes in marketing philosophy or techniques and general market trends that could affect the sales of our products. Your creative skillset and out of the box approach to competing and winning business will help ensure your success.
- Learn and understand customers’ organizational structures and develop rapport with areas which will influence decisions in the purchase of company products. Compile a full and complete understanding of each client’s or prospect’s organizational structure for distribution to the Vice President of Global Sales, Sales Operations Manager, and the Executive Management Team.
- Attend and participate in various trade shows as selected by the VP Global Sales.
- Supply the VP Global Sales and the Manager of Sales Operations with biannual and annual accurate forecasts.
Ideal Background:
- Successful background in the payments industry, ideally in Card Production and Personalization.
- Ability to identify and initiate contracts with potential prospects using a true hunter mentality and a reasonable sense of urgency.
- Ability to write comprehensive proposals for the company’s products – proposals include answering RFPs in conjunction with the Sales Leadership Team and developing Quarterly/Biannual Business Reviews for/with clients.
- A true hunter who is still able and willing to complete required reporting, weekly activity, CRM updates, ZOOM platform, and expense detail by the required due dates.
