In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns and maintain the company’s website. If you have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and website design and development, this could be a great fit for you. If you are passionate about digital marketing and/or website ownership, and you have experience in the banking and financial services space, this could be a great opportunity for you to utilize your breadth of marketing skills and talents to gain a higher degree of ownership as you take career to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, functional, and visually appealing
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google AdWords and LinkedIn
  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and implement best practices to improve results
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and client management, project management, operations, and HR to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related fields
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website design, and development
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Experience with website content management systems, specifically WordPress, Shopify
  • Experience with the HubSpot marketing platform
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing, critical center of excellence within the company
