In this role, you will write compelling copy for campaigns that accelerate customer engagement, improve acquisition, and increase retention, in alignment with the company’s brand and values. You will work collaboratively across the organization, working with the Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership teams to solicit input and effectively communicate value propositions and benefits for end users. Your ability to think creatively and write for campaigns within social, email, text, in-app and print channels will play an integral part in growing the client’s users and usage for various products and services that make a positive impact in the lives of millions. Key Responsibilities:
- Write copy for email, text and in-app campaigns, social posts, display ads, growth marketing campaigns, and SEO
- Translate content and marketing strategies into copy that communicates the core values of our products and services
- Learn how to use customer and data insights to create inspiring work
- Bring fresh ideas that push creative work forward
- Consider user journey across several product and feature touchpoints
- Be willing to iterate quickly and receive feedback constructively
- Work with others to write within the guides of our brand voice and tone
Ideal Background:
- 4 years of writing experience within consumer financial services
- Ability to explain the benefits of products in simple, human ways to consumers
- Interest in understanding performance-based marketing strategies and using data to make smart, hardworking creative deliverables
- Interest in technology and the future evolution of content creation and distribution
- Marketing campaign examples showcased in portfolio is a bonus
- Well-versed in G-Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office
