Summary:
In this role, you will be the subject matter expert in project management, systems analysis, business process analysis, implementation planning, and quality assurance, supporting multiple implementation projects for credit card, debit cards, and/or network implementation and migrations. Assess client requirements, develop scopes and estimates, and create project plans and schedules to ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions for clients
- Assess client requirements and develop scopes of work
- Work with counterparts at large card processing vendors and networks to securing alignment on approach, plan and execution.
- Create project plans and schedules and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Manage and mentor a team of implementation specialists
- Respond to and resolve escalated client issues during and after implementations
- Maintain awareness of current industry trends and best practices in conversions and implementation
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in implementing new card products, managing portfolio conversions, card network migrations, or related experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience managing large-scale and complex system conversions and network transitions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fiserv Optis experience, with a focus on setting up PCF settings
