Are you a dedicated product sales specialist with experience in commercial banking and payments?  If so, this is your opportunity to join a newly created group within a leading financial institution and make an impact as you help build out and grow the program in the US. This business unit is gaining momentum with hires from other industry leading organizations. You will work alongside the Treasury Management Team to provide High Net Worth (HNW) Business Owners and Customers valuable insight to their businesses and organizations and help them optimize their use of cards to better manage cash, reduce risk and fraud, and improve their company, and personal financial workflow.  Be part of this collaborative team as you develop and direct the sale of A/P Automation, Commercial Cards, and HNW Personal Card products and services as you coordinate sales efforts with Bank Relationship Officers and Team Members to acquire new business and strengthen existing client relationships.

Overview:
You will be responsible for the development and direct sale of both commercial and HNW Private personal card products and services to new and existing bank clients. You will also support the business development activities of CNB line units and develop sales strategies to aggressively increase the sale and use of the bank’s card products and services for the designated customer and prospect base. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct customer and prospect needs analysis
  • Develop proposed service solutions/sales presentations and RFP responses to assist businesses and organizations to optimize their use of cards to better manage cash, reduce payments risk/fraud and improve company, family office or personal financial workflow
  • Coordinate sales efforts with relationship officers and team members in order to acquire new business and strengthen existing client relationships 
  • Maintain current knowledge of all cards products and services offered, including basic business cards use, commercial cards, commercial A/P, commercial pre-paid and personal cards products
Ideal Background:
  • 6+ years’ experience selling cards or cards related payments solutions (such as merchant services) into commercial or business enterprises
  • 6+ years’ of bank products sales experience in a financial services environment required
  • 3+ years’ experience in managing and supporting medium to large account relationships required
  • Degree from a four-year college or university with concentration in a discipline directly related to the duties of the position
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles to effectively market cards or payments services. Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to gather, arrange, compile, interpret, analyze, summarize and evaluate information and data to identify sales opportunities and formulate conclusions and recommended actions.
  • Ability to set priorities, objectives and goals
