For a seasoned Product Management executive, this is an opportunity to join a payments industry leader and take ownership of further development and management of the strategy around the managed services ATM deployment business as well as ATM focused services across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for building out the ATM product team with industry veterans across all parts of the ATM delivery continuum including but not limited to: ATM architecture, voice of customer, hardware management, service and vendor management. Additionally, you will have pricing and margin accountabilities and will play an influential role in planning and setting sales goals.

Overview:
As the VP, ATM Product Management Leader, you will drive high levels of performance for the product portfolio in the following areas:
  • Full go to market strategy including pricing, marketing, partnership management, functional design and deployment
  • Organic revenue growth and exploration of inorganic opportunities
  • Cross sale of add-on products and services
  • Growth in product adoption & usage
  • Influencing branch transformation product strategy organization-wide
Key Responsibilities:  
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing product, project and business analyst teams of seasoned industry professionals while working with a cross-functional leadership team including sales, account management, other product, marketing, and finance.  Within this cross-functional team, you will lead key activities including but not limited to:
  • Provide strategic direction to growing and retaining relationships with customers
  • Represent the company and build customer solutions with the largest and most complex clients and prospects
  • Act as a change agent, keep a pulse on the market and voice of the client, and translate that into strategies and tactics to continually drive product innovation to position Card Services at the cornerstone of branch transformation and digital migration
  • Build talent by hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of experienced senior product and support executives
  • Create a culture of excellence focused on high performance and engagement that helps position the company as the market leader in EFT processing.
Ideal Background:
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in product management within the financial services industry; experience with EFT processing highly preferred.  ATM fleet management experience needed as well.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role with budget and management responsibilities, including coaching and leading managers and directors
  • Experience developing complex product and market strategies and plans leading to deployments of effective new products with market viability
  • Experience working in large organizations with matrix relationships and demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other applicable business discipline required; MBA preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
