Loan Servicing and Asset Management

Consumer Finance
Ready to run a loan servicing site? You have an opportunity to report to and learn from the business Founder as you succeed him in this critical role? This is your opportunity to grow and develop this 70+ person customer center and own the P&L. You will partner with Sales to grow revenue as you continue to innovate with Technology, methods, ideas, product, and trends to increase efficacies.  Work directly with the leadership of the various business lines and shared services groups that operate out of the operations hub to learn an in-depth understanding of the services divisions within the group of sister companies and work cross-functionally to support program management in the onboarding of new clients.  Interact with operations leaders and team members and other departments to respond quickly to and resolve client issues and concerns. This role will also be key in providing feedback to senior management to improve the overall client relationship and success of the organizations.  

Key Responsibilities:
Site Leadership
  • Champion and model the company’s mission, vision, and values 
  • Be the leadership face/voice of the companies both internally with the team and externally within the community 
  • Provide executive leadership over the daily operations performed within the site operations headquarters with two company identities for Operations, IT, and other Shared Services areas 
  • Provide leadership, management, and vision to ensure the company delivers exceptional outcomes to meet company objectives 
  • Oversee and provide leadership for large projects for the site 
  • Work closely with the corporate President and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to the business 
  • Work with the executive/leadership teams to establish company performance goals 
  • Oversee all staffing and performance management models for the site 
  • Cultivate and provide opportunities for rising talent within the organization 
  • Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the site 
  • Continually analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement 
  • Perform employee reviews and develop corrective actions plans if needed
Business Growth
  • Develop and implement strategies, procedures, and business plans needed to enhance company growth 
  • Ensure that business units deliver quality results to clients 
  • Engage with key clients and responsible line of business leadership 
  • Identify opportunities to expand services with clients 
  • Be highly knowledgeable of the operations within the corporate family of companies
Ideal Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; Master’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration preferred 
  • Minimum 5+ years in executive leadership in servicing and/or collections operations 
  • 10+ years management experience  
  • Demonstrated experience providing leadership in a multi-business line organization 
  • Leadership working in the consumer finance industry or banking operations organizations 
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, and personal integrity 
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues within consumer lending 
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics 
  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated engagement in the community  
  • Occasional travel to corporate headquarters office as well as occasional travel to clients
