Are you a passionate, dynamic, and experienced marketing professional? This is a unique opportunity for a senior level marketing leader that requires a combined understanding of the Marketing and Sales functions with the ability to fuse field demands and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales enablement plan. You will champion the creation of new content to support the Sales business model to build new ways to meet business goals. Serving as the liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams, you will continually analyze and examine sales plans and market trends to successfully execute and direct the sales enablement plans for business leaders and sales teams. If you are a B2B product marketing specialist who likes to collaborate with a variety of different teams to develop product marketing content and collateral, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and deliver content and perform best practice trainings with the Sales and Client facing Team.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, training materials, and externally-facing collateral (solution guides, demo scripts, competitive analysis, etc.) to support the sales process.
  • Drive growth by developing and executing on the product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the different divisions within the organization.
  • Articulate the value of solutions to the sales and client facing teams and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Share insight and coordinate with sales leaders to continually enhance solutions, positioning, content, and selling through market intelligence and internal feedback.
  • Ensure sales team is leveraging content and selling solutions effectively. 
  • Continually enhance enablement activities based on insight and feedback.
Ideal Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree within a related field.
  • 5+ years relative Marketing experience. 
  • Experience in the FinTech industry.
  • Experience with a publicly traded company.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills to effectively work with all aspects of the organization. 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to work Remotely.
