This is a chance to join an established, fast-growing company that provides commercial prepaid solutions including Payroll Cards, Corporate Reward and Incentive Cards and Corporate Purchasing Cards. As an established player in the space, the company offers a whole suite of services that enables organizations to omit virtually all cash & check while providing significant opportunity for downstream revenue share. Over the past 10 years the company has enjoyed great success in developing partner sales channels throughout the US, and today roughly 90% of its paycard sales run through this channel. If you have payroll experience and have worked in channel sales opportunities – through payroll companies, staffing companies, etc. – this could be a great fit for you. You will take a boots-on-the-ground approach as you travel to visit key partners in order to maximize opportunities with current partners and seek new channel partners. If you are seasoned senior sales executive who is already familiar with the prepaid payment card marketplace and have existing corporate relationships, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to deliver results and earn an unlimited compensation package.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Bring current expertise to the company to allow for faster and smarter growth to existing and new sales channels 
  • Work existing corporate partner relationships to optimize the flow of leads running through this channel 
  • Evaluate existing and new referral channels 
  • Evaluate processes to further improve and expand existing sales opportunities 
  • Develop and implement effective sales plan with detailed strategies and tactics 
  • Evaluate sales models specific to payment card 
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with internal personnel specifically the account management team that manages day to day client relations 
  • Focus on where technical integrations can help deepen relationships 
  • Review internal producers and processes to streamline account management; look for ways to continuously improve these internal functions 
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers 
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest product and process improvements 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts 
  • Participate in data analytics to identify new customers, new market opportunities and new pricing strategies 
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients/partner needs 
  • Stay up-to-date with new product innovation in our market to help inform senior management 
  • Help educate new and existing customers on the value of our suite of services – cross sell product 
  • Use Close.io (CRM) to track clients and trigger correspondence to clients to increase client satisfaction
