Bring your product experience to the management team in the role of Card Product Specialist.  You will participate in the rapid growth, development, and expansion of the Card suite of products by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to significantly expand the program size and deliver strong spend volume and revenue growth for this financial institution. You will design training programs and provide product and technical expertise to assist Sales and Relationship Management in furthering the value proposition of each Card product. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Sales, IT, Compliance, Legal, and external partners in the development and growth of profitable Card products 
  • Provide product expertise to Sales, lead projects, provide training, pricing, demos, and product enhancements to internal Divisional line staff, clients and prospects 
  • Develop an excellent client experience process for implementation of credit card programs 
  • Work with internal teams to grow existing Card programs. Assist with implementation and program growth by providing best practice strategies and recommendations 
  • Develop an account management process to identify spend growth opportunities with existing client base to drive volume 
  • Manage supplier enrollment process and assist line staff with identifying and executing opportunities 
  • Provide line staff product support as Bank’s virtual card, ePayables and expense management expert. Work closely with multiple third party vendors.
Ideal Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related business field (Finance, Economics, Sales/Marketing) preferred. Master degrees a plus 
  • 5 or more years of Card experience required 
  • Proven experience and results in improving results and quality of the client experience for Commercial Card 
  • Treasury Management, and/or Product Management/Development background strongly preferred, with the ability to concurrently manage and assess broad strategies and execute against multiple priorities 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with client-facing experience 
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to influence, collaborate and communicate across all levels and lines of business, internal resources and external clients and vendors 
  • Ability to work in a very rapid, ever changing, ambiguous environment. Demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills and ability to handle ambiguous and complex and new situations 
  • Advanced skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; mainframe computer (ITI) system; word processing, spreadsheet and account opening software programs (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, etc.)
