The company is well-established, environmentally conscious, privately held, agile in operations, and committed to producing cards of the highest quality, with a secure state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that recently nearly doubled in size to accommodate continued growth. In this hunter/farmer role, you will focus primarily on signing net-new business, and secondarily on driving growth with existing accounts. You will report directly to the Head of Global Sales, one step from the CEO. If you are a sales executive with experience selling to card Product Managers and C-level decision-makers within card-issuing banks, credit unions, prepaid card program managers, and fintechs, and you are ready for a change, this could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall sales of corporation in a designated geographic area and assigned accounts which may overlap into regions of other and assigned accounts that are “national” in scope with multiple major locations that require sales calls.
  • Utilize wide range of sales methods to promote the product lines.
  • Possess a substantial degree of knowledge regarding sales, customer requirements, printing and designing of plastic cards.
  • Promote the sales of product lines through direct contract with the customer base, new and potential customers within the assigned region.
  • Maintain cognizance of competition’s activities; changes in marketing philosophy or techniques and general market trends that could affect the sales of the product.
  • Understand customers’ organizational structure and develop rapport with areas, which influence decisions on its purchase of card products.
  • Attend and participate in various trade shows as assigned by sales leadership.
  • Supply sales leadership with accurate forecasts.
Ideal Background:
  • Ability to identify and initiate contracts with potential prospects
  • Ability to write comprehensive proposals for corporation’s products
  • Knowledge of card issuing
  • Experience and success selling to banks, credit unions, card program managers, and/or fintechs that issue payment cards
  • Sales experience related to card manufacturing, personalization, fulfillment, and/or transactional mail or output solutions within financial services
