Are you ready to join an innovative Prepaid Card Issuing Bank with the plans, resources, and ability to invest in and focus on FinTech?  This is your opportunity to work as an individual contributor to direct the implementation and onboarding of the bank’s Prepaid Card Clients as well as manage related projects. As the subject matter expert for the Prepaid Card products and services, you will work directly with the Program Managers, Processors and Card Brands.  If you have strong interpersonal skills, superior technology skills, and the willingness to take initiative, this may be a great opportunity for you.
Overview:
The Implementation Manager will manage all activities under this function within the company. This includes implementation and onboarding of the bank’s prepaid clients as well as project management responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for leading and managing diverse projects within prepaid. This is a Manager role for an experienced and accomplished individual, with a track record in prepaid operations and support. The selected individual will be a key member of the prepaid team and responsible for contributing to the goals and objectives of this group.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Card operations management, including interacting with and managing prepaid program managers.
  • Work with Visa, MasterCard to obtain BINs as required 
  • Processor management, including liaison, trouble ticket, escalations etc. 
  • Card network interaction and management. 
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt as necessary in an innovative, deadline driven and dynamic environment. 
  • Qualify, select and manage vendors and partners, as applicable. 
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations as needed.
  • Assist with materials preparation for OCC exams and audits
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Ideal Background: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. 
  • 5+ year’s client-facing implementation and client management experience with a prepaid card issuing bank and a demonstrable track record of achievements. 
  • “Roll-up-your sleeves” entrepreneurial approach desired.  Ability to plan strategically and act tactically. 
  • Ability to get involved and accomplish results, demonstrating subject matter expertise and competence without the need for a large support team. 
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple concurrent projects in a professional and timely manner. Ability to adapt/respond quickly to change/new information. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and leadership skills are essential. Must have a proven track record of effectively working in cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with the vendors/partners, customers, and internal teams.
