As a key member of the company’s executive leadership team, you will lead strategy and execution of enterprise sales, business development and account management for the US/North American market. You will lead and grow the Sales team to acquire target net-new enterprise accounts, manage existing accounts to strengthen client relationships, and cross-sell to increase wallet share for key accounts. In this key strategic role, you will identify opportunities to help your clients and prospects meet the high demand for quality professional services, IT outsourcing, and software development specific to the Payments Industry. If you are an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking sales executive with experience and success partnering with CIOs, CTOs and other Technology Executives in the Payments industry, including Issuers, Acquirers, Networks, Processors and other Payment system entities, this may be an excellent opportunity for you to make an impact on the global payments ecosystem and take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define sales strategy and plans aligned with company’s strategy, and execution of the same to meet revenue/growth targets
  • Lead the Sales team (sales directors and sales engineers) to acquire target net-new enterprise accounts and manage existing accounts to strengthen client relationships and cross-sell to increase wallet share at these accounts.  Establish/Improve sales execution cadence.  Manage team performance – define, track and report performance metrics.
  • Map competition for competitive analysis and build win plans (segment and account level).  Also contribute to defining new offerings to stay ahead of competition by providing market inputs (client expectations, SWOT analysis of competition, etc.), trends, etc.
  • Ensure effective commercial negotiation to maximize profitability and stay in-line with company’s EBITDA targets
  • Build and improve company’s Brand in the US market
  • Work closely with the other key functions within the organization (primarily Practice, Delivery, Quality and Benchmarking / Process Management, Finance, HR) to improve and optimize operational execution and excellence
  • Drive revenue growth in the US/North American geography
  • Quarterly attainment of sales objectives; board presentation of results
  • Recruit and hire outstanding sales leaders
Ideal Background:
  • Experience working within the Payments Industry and knowledge of key players in the US/North American market, such as Issuers, Acquirers, Networks, Processors, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in Enterprise Sales and Sales Leadership roles
  • Knowledge and understanding of how technology development projects work and how they are executed, ideally in a global delivery model
  • Prior experience selling IT outsourcing, professional services, technology consulting, and/or software development services
  • Entrepreneurial, Innovative personality
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, closing, and growing enterprise-level partnerships within the Payments Industry
