Overview:
In this role, you will lead the various US-based operations teams to excel in the delivery of services to customers across the world. You will carry ultimate responsibility to lead the teams and manage the day-to-day operations and services for customers and act as a liaison between the US operations teams and the international operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Synchronize between the different Operations Teams in the NY hub to align the Global Teams around new products, clients, services, regulations, and procedures to support customers in better SLAs.
  • Enhance the local operational knowledge to implement better global solutions to improve the effectiveness and quality of service.
  • Lead the Teams’ efforts to support the market needs and enhancements across regions.
  • Serve as the focal point for alignment, communication, and escalation to increase the operations scalability for both the business and operations internally.
  • Take care of the Teams, create a sense of belonging, provide knowledge and skills learning paths.

  • Experienced regional leader and manager with a proven track record leading sizable international teams to meet operations goals and objectives
  • Experience working in a matrix reporting structure
  • Comfortable with technology products and services
  • Solid understanding of global customers

  • Experience in the payment or e-commerce industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years proven track record in leading the international operational teams 
  • High level of competency (organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills) with detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with all teams globally, including sales, finance, marketing, risk, and compliance
  • Creative, independent with ability for excellence in a changing environment
  • Multi-tasker and quick learner
  • Industry exposure across ecommerce and digital services 
  • Experience with data analytics and BI tools
  • Willing to work extended hours, if needed
