This is an opportunity to be responsible for strategic growth of the Prepaid Card, Debit Card, Agent Bank, and ATM business lines.  Be part of an innovative payments services and solutions provider that is experiencing double-digit growth.

As a Senior Leader, you will report to the Bank Holding Company Consumer Group Head. With responsibility for FinTech Products, Prepaid Cards, Debit Cards, Agent Bank Programs, and ATM business lines you will drive client satisfaction and own the P&L for the Division.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic thought leadership in Payments in order to offer the best products to the right consumer for a reasonable price.
  • Create the strategy to improve the customer experience 
  • Help Clients and the Company succeed while ensuring compliance and fiscally sound results.
  • Promote collaboration, empowerment, and execution with Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, Customer Support, Human Resources, and other functions to ensure success.
  • Own P&L responsibility for the division as you manage financial forecasts and long- and short-term financial plans to maximize growth while meeting quarterly and annual financial targets.
  • Supervise your team of as you hire, train, assign and direct work, establish goals, evaluate performance, and resolve employee-related issues. 
  • Coordinate communication and reporting activities between officers and departments to ensure availability of data and resources required for efficient daily operations.
  • Analyze and competitively respond to financial services offered in the industry.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to excellence in sales and service to customers and other employees.
Ideal Background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Master’s or Advanced Degree in Management or Business Related Subject.
  • 15+ years of increasing leadership and strategic responsibility in the financial services industry with a track record of success.
  • Proven knowledge of the Payments industry companies, people, trends, and challenges.
  • Well versed in the regulatory climate and ready to keep current on pending legislation.
  • Experience leading in a publicly traded company.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large departments with varying roles.
  • Proven success in achieving objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from other parts of the organization to collaborate, initiate action planning, manage change, as well as make high-impact decisions that advance the progress of the organization.
