Harness your sales experience, hunter mentality, and network of contacts to hit the ground running as you help commercial prospects and clients realize the value of prepaid card technology to streamline their payment processes for a wide variety of unique use cases, from payroll, to healthcare, insurance, and gig economy disbursements.  This is an opportunity to join a leading company in the Prepaid & FinTech space, where you will work with targeted potential business clients, sourced targets, and referrals from strategic partners to close sales. As a Sales Professional who loves the hunt and the feel of every successful sale, you will achieve results as you qualify and prioritize opportunities, create preference with prospects, negotiate favorable contracts, close sales, and build strategic alliances with assigned referral partners. You will partner closely with Subject Matter Experts on the Product team who know where to go for some early, quick wins. If you are a B2B sales professional with prepaid card or payroll product expertise, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outline, explain, and execute a repeatable sales process
  • Identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
  • Conduct customer and prospect needs analysis
  • Maintain current knowledge of all Commercial Prepaid Card products and services offered, including, commercial pre-paid and payroll products 
  • Identify key “C” level decision makers at target companies and leverage existing contacts, relationships and direct outreach to meet in person (target clients have 500+ employees)
  • Position solutions based on prospective client needs
  • Achieve annual revenue and sales targets as determined by executive management
Ideal Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three years’ experience selling to C-level executives in the following industries for companies with 500+ employees:
    • Restaurant Management
    • Staffing 
    • Healthcare
    • Retail
    • Professional Employment Organizations
    • Gig Economy
  • Ability to quickly demonstrate a track record of strong revenue generation, as well as exceeding sales goals and quotas
  • Proven track record of direct selling success
  • Expert negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent networking, communication, presentation and marketing skills
  • Highly skilled in preparing written and oral presentations
  • Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
  • Ability to travel ~50%
