Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibility is the continued administration of the compliance management program for the FinTech Division as it relates to prepaid card and lending offerings; which includes aspects of collateral (marketing) approval, initial due diligence, ongoing testing oversight, and Issue remediation 
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly oversight initiatives 
  • Lead specialty compliance projects for new regulatory changes or changes to bank policy 
  • Assist with vetting and implementation of varying compliance controls for new opportunities prior to program/product launch 
  • Participate in any Third Party (OCC, VISA, etc.) audit requests pertaining to compliance 
  • Track and work to remediate issues identified throughout the compliance due diligence review 
  • Assist in the creation of testing work papers to be utilized during due diligence and annual compliance reviews 
  • Present written and oral compliance reports (e.g., due diligence findings) to management and partners 
  • Work with leadership in a change management capacity to ensure that all applicable compliance programs and disparate guidance are revised pursuant to any regulatory and/or procedural changes, and/or new product or service offerings 
  • Act as a resource for all employees relative to regulatory compliance questions/concerns 
  • Analyze monthly complaint and dispute (Reg E and FCRA) reports from partners for trending and accuracy 
  • Maintain workpapers relating to all applicable compliance monitoring functions including but not limited to: e-sign requirements, customer complaints, Regulation E, UDAAP, Regulation Z, SCRA, MLA, FCRA, Regulation DD, Regulation CC and compliance with the program manager’s terms/conditions
Ideal Background:
  • Five (5) years compliance experience required 
  • Experience in the prepaid / card / financial industry preferred 
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification strongly preferred 
  • College degree in business related field preferred 
  • Strong skill set in the use of Microsoft Office 
  • A comprehensive skill set data & analytics
