- Achieve and surpass sales goals and performance targets, encompassing total and product-based earnings.
- Formulate and implement strategies to establish communication with target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to develop and validate client solution proposals.
- Manage to value and financial performance while considering the financial impacts of your actions.
- Foster strong connections with potential clients through informative advisory conversations that deliver overall value to the customer.
- Conduct impactful presentations at an enterprise level to address customer requirements and explore ideas for future needs and applications.
- Visit clients and attend trade shows and industry events as needed.
- Independently arrange travel with a focus on sound business decisions and cost management.
- Exercise a comprehensive understanding of client contractual agreements and terms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in business and financial matters to understand and create intricate pricing models.
- Project revenue for clients and prepare, analyze, and present monthly reports to the management team. This includes active participation in shaping future sales budgets by conversing with clients about goals and trends.
- Manage and monitor all information related to leads, prospects, and deals in a CRM system.
- Offer guidance on customer-specific marketing strategies to enhance sales through the utilization of the latest technologies, features, and product lines.
- Evaluate industry sales trends and educate clients on technology, the fintech/card/payments industry, payment transactions, marketing, and seasonal fluctuations.
- Continue your proven history of success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Travel as needed for you to be successful in this role.
- 7+ years of B2B hunter sales experience
- 3 years of recent sales experience in the following areas:
– Card issuing solutions including prepaid, credit, or gift cards.
– Fintech solutions for medium and large corporations in North America
- 3 years of recent sales experience in any of the following:
– Open-loop network branded cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx
– Closed-loop cards such as gift cards, membership cards, or payment systems like ACH and SWIFT.
– The retail, shopping center, or consumer rebate/loyalty/incentive sector.
- An established record of navigating complex sales cycles, including managing large deals, creating proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating and closing agreements
- Success in selling to payment disbursement sectors such as Gaming, Transportation, Wage Access, Insurance, Banking-as-a-Service, and similar lines of business in which payouts are a growing strategic focus.
- Strong relationships with executives from large companies in marketing, gifting, and disbursements.
- Past success in and a preference for thriving in unstructured and entrepreneurial environments. - The ability to navigate intricate sales situations with multiple decision-makers and influencers to secure a high rate of closure.
- Proficiency in performing in challenging scenarios and the capacity to creatively resolve problems with a keen sense of urgency.
- Outstanding communication and sales abilities; adept in telephone communication and expression; proficient in multitasking and organization; skilled in CRM, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; fluency in English.
- Exceptional skills in forecasting and reporting.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a professional demeanor, robust selling ability, and adept at exercising influence both internally and externally.
