If you love data and creating data-driven reports to drive the business, this is your opportunity to help create and build the next gen commercial product B2B payments suite for a publicly traded top 30 U.S. bank. In this role you will be the subject matter expert for the bank’s commercial client products and services and help merge an acquired portfolio and expand and enhance the commercial card products. You will manage, create, and update various standard reports and produce reports to test ideas. You may also assist in complex sales consultations and system implementations, help resolve escalated client support needs, provide ongoing content governance, and conduct release and upgrade testing and validation. This is your opportunity to collaborate with leaders throughout the Bank and the Treasury Management division to provide top-tier product support for brand conversion. A deep understanding of FIS Base2000 data and experience with Tableau and Excel is ideal. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of capabilities for commercial credit card offerings and other payment solutions to grow the client base and meet KPIs
  • Compile Data and maintain and enhance standard reports and create new reports to help ensure decisions are based on current, relevant data
  • Proactively find ways to improve work processes and flows to complete tasks faster, with fewer resources
  • Coordinate with IT application support with release testing and upgrades
  • Coordinate execution of product updates and enhancements as well as new products,
  • Maintain product documentation
  • Assist Sales Team with technical needs during sales consultation process and join Sales in client meetings as requested
  • Serve as SME on complex implementations for assigned services
  • Work with Treasury Management Service and Support to share knowledge and improve their knowledge about Commercial Card product offerings
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures
  • Suggest ideas to improve the sales volume, profitability, and execution
  • Assist Lead Product Manager with creation of and management of KPIs

Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management and/or Commercial Credit Card issuing
  • Experience with bank product management
  • Experience with the FIS Base2000 platform
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of card payment networks’ rules and operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to solution client needs and provide alternatives
  • Demonstrated ownership of product issues and past work with escalations to vendors and internal partners as appropriate
  • Desire and ability to direct process improvement projects
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification
  • Critical Thinking and Decision-Making skills
  • Technical knowledge

  • Ability to communicate with Impact
  • Self-directed with need for minimal supervision or guidance
  • Able to take initiative and demonstrate ownership
  • Demonstrated ability to capture the requirements of a feature or product request and to collaborate with the Product Management Team on prioritization
  • Clear understanding of how the product suite complements other Treasury Management solutions and the bank’s larger strategic objectives
