Office Coordinator


Diane Miller manages operations and provides the R&P Group team with administrative leadership, enthusiasm and support as the Office Coordinator. Most recently, Diane worked as the Director of First Impressions at Century Business Inc., and her previous experience includes retail store ownership, management, and merchandising. Diane is a licensed Cosmetology Owner/Operator and has an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandizing from Moorhead Technical Institute. Diane is a very proud mother of two and a fun Grandma, and she enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to various types of music, and travelling internationally.

Favorite recruiting moment –
My first week of employment we concluded several searches with successful placements. I like our BIG celebrations with cap guns!

Beyond My Desk –
You will find me listening to my music, running after my grandson(s), trying out a new recipe and traveling somewhere where in the USA!

Giving Back
I always return the container I borrowed from a neighbor or a friend filled with a special treat for them!
